US Authorities Fingers Over Blocked Venezuelan State Funds to Guaidó Faction

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – The US Treasury Division has instructed Citibank in New York to switch blocked funds in an account within the identify of the Central Financial institution of Venezuela (BCV) to an account held by the US central financial institution.
