The Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) brings collectively composers, musicians and singers from throughout India, contributing recordings from their properties, in a phenomenal musical creation “United we Combat”.  Written and composed by Joe Alvares, vocals by Usha Uthup, Salim Service provider, Shefali Alvares Rashid, Benny Dayal, Sonam Kalra, Chandan Bala Kalyan, Joe Alvares, Salome and Samira, and music by Tubby, Pandit Ravi Chari, Pandit Rakesh Chaurasiya and Ustad Faisal Qureshi, this music is a rendition weaving English lyrics into the notes and beats of Indian classical music, spreading the essence of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam – the world is one household. It carries with it the message of hope, pleasure, resilience, combating spirit and by no means say die perspective of all in our collective struggle towards COVID 19. 

2. This virus has had a huge effect on humanity reducing throughout all boundaries, bodily and social, of countries, caste, class, color, faith and perception methods bringing the world to its knees. However United We Stand, steadfastly serving to, aiding, sharing data, cooperating and coordinating with one another, reducing throughout boundaries combating as one pressure towards the Corona virus.

three. This composition is an expression of our deep appreciation and gratitude to all courageous COVID warriors world over risking their lives to guard ours. It’s a homage to all of the artists and performers who characterize the cultural legacy of our nations and who contribute to maintain our cultural heritage vibrant and alive, particularly in these troublesome occasions. It’s a tribute to and recognition of the numerous people who’re silently serving to neighbours, strangers and other people round them in these occasions of misery. A message to the world that collectively we will absolutely win the struggle towards the Corona virus and lots of such challenges that humanity and the human race faces.
