South Chicago: Flats burglarized, Chicago police say

Chicago police are warning residents of 4 latest house burglaries reported in South Chicago.

In every incident somebody broke into residences and stole electronics and different miscellaneous objects, in response to a group alert from Chicago police.

The burglaries occurred:

• Between June 14 and June 26 within the 8500 block of South Colfax Avenue;
• Between about 11 a.m. and midnight June 28 within the 8500 block of South Muskegon Avenue;
• Between about 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. July 1 within the 8600 block of South Manistee Avenue; and
• Between about 10 a.m. and midday July three within the 2800 block of East 90th Avenue.
