EDISON – A person was killed in a one-vehicle crash Monday morning on Route 27.
At about eight:48 a.m., a car struck a utility pole and overturned on the roadway close to Frederic Avenue, in response to Edison Police Lt. Robert Dudash,
The person, who was not recognized by police, died on the scene. His identification won’t be launched till his household has been notified, which isn’t anticipated till Tuesday, police mentioned.
Dudash mentioned the investigation was nonetheless ongoing after midday, and the street remained closed in each instructions.
