Mounties examine taking pictures dying at small Manitoba neighborhood

RCMP are investigating a taking pictures dying at a small northern Manitoba neighborhood, Sunday morning.

At round 6:45 a.m., RCMP acquired a report of a taking pictures at a residence in the neighborhood of Grand Rapids on the northwestern shore of Lake Winnipeg.

When officers arrived, they discovered a 31-year-old man who was taken to the nursing station the place he died from his accidents. The dying is being handled as a murder.
