Lawrence Lambrix Obituary – Monroe, MI

Lawrence J. “Larry” Lambrix Jr., age 64, of Newport, went dwelling to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 21, 2019, at his dwelling.

Born September 13, 1955, in Erie, Pennsylvania, transferring to Monroe together with his household in 1959. He was the son of the late Lawrence J. and Phyllis (Kramer) Lambrix Sr. Larry attended Catholic Central Excessive Faculty, graduating with the category of 1973. He met his spouse, Nancy Okay. Dingledine, whereas taking French at Monroe Group Faculty. The 2 grew to become shut whereas finding out collectively and had been married on Might 18, 1985, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Monroe.


Larry labored as a Heavy Truck Mechanic for Belle Tire and NTB, retiring in 2016. Previous to being a mechanic, Larry labored for Hollister Drywall for ten years and after his retirement, labored for Manheim Auto Public sale as a transporter. Larry liked engaged on vehicles, bikes and small engines and will “wrench” on something. He loved touring with Nancy and household, making journeys touring lighthouses everywhere in the state, spending time “up north” in Oscoda and visiting household in Florida.

To cherish his reminiscence, Larry leaves his beloved spouse of thirty-four years, Nancy; one daughter, Tracy (Jeremy) McKinney of Lansing, Michigan; six siblings: Terry (Linda) Lambrix of Morley, Gail (Roger) Justice, Mike (Netty) Lambrix, Sue (Norm) Chapman, Kevin (Keith) Lambrix and Gary (Brenda) Lambrix; and one grandchild, Penelope McKinney.

Along with his dad and mom, Larry was preceded in loss of life by his Grandmother Adeline Lambrix and Grandmother Ella Kramer.


In accordance together with his needs cremation has already taken place and a memorial visitation might be held from 11 a.m. till companies celebrating his life start at 1 p.m. on Saturday, January 25, 2020, at Bacarella Funeral Residence, 1201 South Telegraph Highway, Monroe, MI, 48161. Rev. Michael Kipfmiller, Pastor of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, Flat Rock, Michigan, will officiate.
