She was born on December 29, 1940, in Hart, MI, to Willis & Ruth (Glover) Cartwright. She was raised in Muskegon all her life. She was an “East Broadway woman,” a 1958 graduate of Muskegon Hts Excessive College. It was there that she met and married the cherished of her life Jim, they had been married on September 7, 1958, in Muskegon. They welcomed their first bundle of pleasure, Christine, on August 29, 1960, the second love of their lives, Jimbo, on February 17, 1963, and their third love, Cathy Ann, on June 28, 1964.
Judy labored at Hackley Hospital for 36 years solely to retire in 2003. When the forth love of her life arrived, Jaxon, after which be blessed one month later with Kailey Rae, she declared it was time to be a grandma. Judy was preceded in demise by her husband Jim in 1997; mother and father, Ruth Monroe and Willis Cartwright; and niece Robin Sibley.
