Former Supreme Courtroom President Meir Shamgar handed away on Friday on the age of 94.

Shamgar was appointed to the Supreme Courtroom in 1975, after serving as Legal professional Basic. He turned the president of the Courtroom in 1983 – a place he held till 1995, when he turned 70.

Amongst others, he served as the top of the Rabin State Fee.
