Hollywood director Bryan Singer pays $150,000 to a person who claims the film maker sexually assaulted him during a yacht party when he was a youngster, courtroom papers made public Wednesday present.
Cesar Sanchez-Guzman claimed in a December 2017 lawsuit that the “X-Males” director carried out oral intercourse on him with out his permission and sexually assaulted him as a 17-year-old in the course of the celebration close to Seattle in 2003.
The settlement, made public Wednesday in a chapter submitting by Sanchez-Guzman, says the Singer denies the allegations.
In a statement to Variety, his lawyer mentioned the settlement was not an act of contrition by Singer.
“Mr. Singer has denied even figuring out this particular person, not to mention allegedly having interacted with him greater than 15 years in the past,” lawyer Andrew Brettler instructed the information outlet.
The $150,000 settlement will dismiss the sexual assault declare 10 days after the cost is obtained, based on the courtroom papers.
