She was born August 17, 1931 in Middlesboro, Kentucky to Man and Mae (Simpson) Smith. She married Edward Legal guidelines July 6, 1949; sadly, he preceded her in loss of life on March 18, 2016.
Billie was employed by Mercy Hospital/Mercy Memorial Hospital within the admissions division for a few years earlier than her retirement.
She is survived by her three kids, Sereta (Thomas) Prepared of Monroe, Leslie “Missy” Sieb of Monroe and Sean Legal guidelines of Jackson, New Jersey; sister, Isabelle Dean of Middlesboro, Kentucky; 4 grandchildren, Brandon (Heather) Sieb, Brock Sieb, Sean (Virginia) Prepared and Caitlyn (Joshua) Prepared – Wilson; 4 nice grandchildren, Adelyn Sieb, Brynley Sieb, Emery Sieb and Everett Prepared.
Along with her husband, she is preceded in loss of life by her dad and mom, two brothers and three sisters.
