MCCOMB, Miss. – Residents of a Mississippi metropolis are protesting a big pothole of their neighbourhood by adorning it with vacation cheer.

The Enterprise-Journal experiences residents of McComb’s Edgewood neighbourhood have topped the pothole and its yellow site visitors cone with tinsel, spray-painted pinecones, white leaves and what look like holly berries. The newspaper says residents plan so as to add lights and presents within the hopes of drawing the town’s consideration.

It’s unclear how lengthy the pothole has gone unattended by the town or what drove residents to begin cheerfully protesting it just lately.
